We are seeking for our European Education Center a permanent position Trainer
to animate the course sessions for our customers and partners.
The candidate will participate part time for customer activities such as
installation, skill transfer and technical support.
Customer Service is the information engine for both external and internal
customers using Atempo products. Our goal is to satisfy customers by meeting
or exceeding their expectations with an attitude of ownership,
accountability, and sense of urgency. In this role you will be responsible
for providing excellent customer satisfaction by delivering high quality
customer training for Atempo products.
Experience:
- The ideal candidate will be very familiar with either UNIX or Windows NT
administration, client/server environment.
- Candidates will take part in the development and the design of the course
support.
- Applicants must have English as their mother tongue and a good speaking and
writing of French.
- Along with comprehensive networking skills, you must have database
knowledge in two or more of the following: Lotus Notes, Oracle, Exchange,
Sybase, Informix, SQL, SAP and DB2.
- The successful applicant will be very familiar with the pedagogical
approach and the listening capacity.
Personality:
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly motivated and able to work in a team.
- Can also work independently with minimal assistance and be able to develop
new course materials.
- Customer oriented.
