Sr. Oracle Applications Analyst

Responsibilities:

The Sr. Oracle Applications Analyst will be an integral member of the Business Applications Team. This person will lead efforts to support and enhance global business processes and systems. The Sr. Analyst acts as a liaison between IT management, business analysts and various departments within the organization. They must be able to understand core business objectives and processes of different departments, identify needs to facilitate obtaining those objectives, translate those needs into a clear definition of IT requirements, and lead projects that obtain those goals.

The primary responsibilities include:

• Lead new application implementations and system enhancement projects;
• Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement business process improvement strategies;
• Provide input for production related issues;
• Work with key members of various departments and other members of the IT team to identify and resolve application issues, system enhancements, and new user requirements;
• Participate in ongoing development efforts and implementations;

Qualifications:

• BA/BS in related field;
• Minimum of 5 years experience implementing and/or supporting Oracle E- Business suite applications
  • 11i experience required;
  • CRM experience preferred;
• Minimum of 3 years project management experience related to system implementations and process development efforts;
• Willingness and capability to learn new applications and skills;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Must be highly motivated and able to participate as part of a team;
