- University of Minnesota selected SGI Altix 350 server nodes and
Voltaire ISR 9024 InfiniBand switch routers to build 64-bit scalable
Linux OS-based clusters.

CTC DEPLOYS FORCE10 E-SERIES IN WINDOWS-BASED SUPERCOMPUTER
- Force10 Networks announced that the Cornell Theory Center (CTC) at
Cornell University has deployed the Force10 E1200 in its newest high
performance cluster, which recently ranked 68 among the world's top
supercomputers.

- Topspin Communications, a leader in switched computing, announced that
Canada-based Universite de Sherbrooke has selected Topspin's Server
Switch as the fabric for a new world-class computer science data
center.

- In order to more fully support the always-on enterprise, Emic Networks
