Editorial Guidelines

DSstar welcomes submissions from individuals and organizations with an interest in enterprise storage, disaster recovery, data mining, data warehousing, knowledge discovery, automated decision support and related data-intensive enterprise technologies. We also have great interest in stories that document "real world" enterprise applications of storage technology.

Please note the following guidelines:

  1. Feature articles, commentaries and case studies should be between 500 words and 2,000 words. Bylined articles should include a brief professional biography of the author(s).
  2. Material must be formatted in plain ASCII text and should be sent in email to dseditor@dsstar.com. No attachments, please.
  3. Copy accepted for publication becomes the exclusive property of DSstar and Tabor Communications Inc. for 90 days after its published date. The material then may appear elsewhere as long as permission from TCI is received. The material then must include the notification "reprinted with permission from DSstar."
  4. Please do not submit material as hardcopy or via fax.
  5. All relevant material will be considered, but submission does not guarantee publication.
  6. Pieces that exceed 2,000 words, but are deemed acceptable, may be serialized.
  7. Any further inquiries should be directed to the email address above.
