Features - Financial Plays Of The Week:INTRANSA OPENS ISRAEL OFFICE, SIGNS DISTRIBUTION DEAL W/One1Intransa announced that it is opening its office in Israel and has appointed Efy Magdasy as director of Business Development. The company also announced that it has entered into an exclusive distribution agreement with One1 Systems, a leading provider of information technology in Israel. This relationship will mutually enable One1 Systems and Intransa to strive for a market leadership position in the growing IP SAN storage solutions segment in Israel. One1 Systems will continue to collaborate with other Intransa partners in Israel to provide best support to existing customers and newly developed businesses. Intransa leads the IP SAN market by delivering the industry's most comprehensive suite of IP SAN solutions to meet the needs of small, mid-tier, and enterprise-class customers alike. The Intransa IP storage offering is based on the company's IP SAN IntraStor architecture, a three tiered architecture that allows for independent capacity and performance scaling; and the StorControl management software. Using Intransa's StorControl software, IT administrators can easily add an additional storage controller or disk enclosure without impacting performance or system availability.
