Texas Memory Systems Inc announced availability of a new solid state disk
model, the RamSan-325. The 250,000 I/Os per second RamSan-325 is available
in capacities of 128GB, 96GB, 64GB and 32GB. The RamSan-325 addresses
growing requirements for higher capacity solid state disk systems and
extends Texas Memory Systems' scalability and density advantages over
competing solutions.
