NF4100. Existing customers can have their units field-upgraded with the
new drives.
SONY AIT-4 DRIVES, MEDIA NOW SHIPPING IN VOLUME
Based on a compact 3.5-inch drive form factor using 8mm recording media,
AIT-4 offers 200GB of native storage capacity (520GB with 2.6:1

RamSan-325 DOUBLES CAPACITY OF 'WORLD'S FASTEST STORAGE'
Texas Memory Systems Inc announced availability of a new solid state disk
model, the RamSan-325. The 250,000 I/Os per second RamSan-325 is available
in capacities of 128GB, 96GB, 64GB and 32GB. The RamSan-325 addresses
growing requirements for higher capacity solid state disk systems and
extends Texas Memory Systems' scalability and density advantages over
competing solutions.
