FalconStor, EVESHAM TECHNOLOGY ENTER INTO OEM AGREEMENT

FalconStor Software Inc, a developer of network storage infrastructure software solutions, and Evesham Technology Limited, a leading U.K. provider of IT infrastructure solutions, announced that the companies have joined forces via a strategic OEM agreement that enables Evesham to integrate FalconStor's iSCSI Storage Server for Windows Storage Server 2003 (iSCSI Storage Server), with Evesham's SilverSTOR iSAN family of products, to deliver simple, affordable and fully featured iSCSI network storage services to the U.K. market.

Through access to FalconStor's iSCSI Storage Server software, the OEM agreement provides Evesham Technology with iSCSI functionality designed to complement its existing Windows Storage Server solutions. Evesham is an accredited Microsoft Windows Storage Server OEM.

iSCSI Storage Server leverages FalconStor's award winning IPStor enterprise level software, and is designed specifically to transform the Microsoft Windows Storage Server 2003 into a unified storage platform, providing both file and block level services. iSCSI Storage Server addresses the needs of SME and departmental customers seeking to centralize and consolidate their storage, improve availability, consolidate backup and provide offsite replication.
