LSI LOGIC STORAGE SYSTEMS, StorageTek TO EXTEND ALLIANCE

LSI Logic Storage Systems Inc, a leader in delivering technology that enables high performance, highly scalable storage for the open enterprise, announced the company has entered into a new multi-year agreement to provide products to StorageTek. This alliance is an extension of a relationship the companies first entered into in January 2002.

Under the new agreement, LSI Logic Storage Systems will continue to provide advanced fibre channel and serial ATA (SATA) storage technologies that enhance several StorageTek product lines designed for open systems workgroup, enterprise and secondary storage environments.
