The benefits of the joint solution include accelerating time to

CSI ACQUIRES DeLeeuw ASSOCIATES
Conversion Services International Inc (CSI), a leading provider of
management consulting, business intelligence and data warehousing services
and solutions for Global 1000 and other businesses, announced that it has
acquired DeLeeuw Associates Inc. The terms of the transaction were not
disclosed.

SONY, DELL, WAL-MART ACCUSED OF PATENT INFRINGEMENT
Accused of patent infringement were Sony Corp, Eastman Kodak, Dell Corp,
Acer Inc, ASUS Computer International, Iomega Corp, LG Electronics, Lite-On
Technology Corp, Memorex Products Inc and TEAC Corp. Wal-Mart also was
charged as a retailer selling infringing products.

AttachStor's technology solves the core problems of attachment storage and

GERMAN PUBLIC UTILITIES FIRM IMPLEMENTS SANsymphony
DataCore Software announced Duisburger Versorgungs-und
Verkehrsgesellschaft mbH (DVV) has chosen DataCore's software-based storage
solution for the further expansion of its storage area network (SAN).
DOUBLE-DIGIT GROWTH FOR SAN MARKET LED BY MODULAR SWITCHES
According to a recently published report by Dell'Oro Group, sales of
Storage Area Network Fibre Channel (FC) Switches and Host Bus Adapters
(HBAs) grew 11 percent Q/Q in 4Q03 to $496 million, for the full-year 2003
sales were $1.8 billion.

DVD FORUM 'APPROVES' REWRITEABLE HD-DVD SPECIFICATION
The approved/not approved specification details a standard-sized,
single-sided disc that can hold up to 20GB of data. Today's DVDs, by
contrast, hold up to 4.7GB per side.

ORACLE DATABASE 10g ON LINUX SETS WORLD RECORD
Oracle Corp announced a world record TPC-H 3TB benchmark result for Oracle
Running on an eight-node cluster of industry-standard HP ProLiant DL740
servers, each with four Intel Xeon 3.0GHz processors on Red Hat Enterprise
Linux v. 3, Oracle Database 10g and Oracle Real Application Clusters
achieved 22,387.9 QphH@3000GB at an unmatched price performance of
$93/QphH@3000GB.

SGI CHOSEN FOR STORAGE AREA BACKUP, RECOVERY ENGINE PROJECT
Partners working on the SABRE project include SGI, Atempo and StorageTek
who will provide the underpinning technology, including an SGI Origin 350
server and SGI InfiniteStorage TP9500 RAID storage array designed to
significantly reduce back-up times.
SUN CERTIFIES QLogic SANblade HOST BUS ADAPTERS
QLogic Corp announced that its SANblade 2340 Series will support the
Solaris 9 Operating System (OS), SPARC and x86 Platform Editions.
Additionally, its SANblade 2340 family of single and dual port Fibre Channel
host bus adapters (HBAs) has received Solaris Ready Certification from Sun
Microsystems Inc.
