SANRAD CREATES NEW AFFORDABILITY STANDARD FOR iSCSI SANs

SANRAD Inc, a leader in developing and delivering intelligent iSCSI SAN solutions, unveiled a new version of its iSCSI V-Switch optimized specifically to meet the needs of mid-range and departmental environments requiring cost-effective IP SAN solutions for common business applications. The V-Switch 2000, coupled with 2TB of storage array, results in an IP SAN solution for well under $30,000.

V-Switch 2000 is a cost-effective solution for mid-range customers and compliments SANRAD's existing large-scale enterprise-class V-Switch 3000. V-Switch 2000 and V-Switch 3000 run on the same SANRAD StoragePro software delivering equal functionality with all-in-one IP storage networking, providing full availability and network-based management of storage resources across standard Ethernet environments. The multi-protocol/multi-port V-Switch 2000 is a new affordability standard enabling cost-effective IP SANs to effectively access storage, share resources, provide security and manage volumes.

SANRAD's iSCSI V-Switch 2000 enables simplified SAN deployment while allowing departments and mid-sized businesses to maximize their ROI by utilizing existing storage resources as shared storage on the iSCSI SAN.
