KASHYA, BROCADE UNVEIL DATA REPLICATION/DISASTER RECOVERY APP

Kashya, a leader in high-performance, cost-effective business continuity solutions, announced it will demonstrate an enhanced, more flexible data protection platform for replication and recovery across remote locations in heterogeneous environments.

By combining Kashya's intelligent data protection solution with the Brocade SilkWorm Fabric Application Platform AP7420 (SilkWorm Fabric AP7420), Kashya has created a universal solution for end-to-end data replication. Customers no longer have to worry about array incompatibility and cost of array based replication or host agents in traditional replication systems. The Kashya code running on the SilkWorm Fabric AP7420, together with the Kashya Data Protection appliance deliver flexible, heterogeneous and reliable business continuity to any distance for all mission-critical information, independent of storage and server platforms.
