Dot Hill announced that its subsidiary in Japan has entered into an

EMC TO BUY LEGATO FOR $1.3 BILLION
EMC Corp, which makes computers that store data, said recently that it
would buy Legato Systems Inc for $1.3 billion in stock in a deal that EMC
