This situation has not changed in early 2003 -- buyers are paying closer attention to pricing and show a general reluctance to spend on anything beyond what is absolutely essential to the organization. In a new study, IDC forecasts that the worldwide storage services market, including storage consulting, integration, management and support services, will grow at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 6.4% from 2002 to 2007.
